- Check-out after 12:00 until 18:00 is subject to a surcharge of 50% of the room rate.

- Check-out after 18:00 is subject to a surcharge of 100% of the room rate.

- Late check-out is subject to prior notice and is accepted by hotel reception.

Cancellation policy, reservation

Cancellation within 10 days (for booking from 01 to 04 rooms) & within 14 days (for guests booking from 05 rooms or more) as compared to the day of arrival: penalty fee equivalent to 50% of the total room and reservation services.

Cancellation within 05 days (for booking from 01 to 04 rooms) & within 08 days (for guests booking from 05 rooms or more) than the day of arrival: penalty fee equivalent to 100% of the total room and reservation services

Early check-out & no-show: 100% of the total room charge and reserved services.

In case of cancellation due to natural disasters, epidemics ..., the two sides will negotiate the settlement.
